The kitchen is headed by an ethnic Italian, Salvatore Leo, who goes in to the hall to talk with the guests personally, takes out their orders and in their presence specifies the details.
On the menu are tagliolini with black truffles and parmesan cheese, tiger shrimps in “prosecco” sauce, beef tenderloin with porcini mushrooms and truffles, scallops, ravioli with foie gras and mushrooms, classic carbonara.

The restaurant is a bright hall with cozy armchairs and small tables with starched tablecloths. There are frescoes on the walls and lots of natural flowers. There is a summer terrace with comfortable wicker chairs.
