The Kharkiv Literary Museum stores about 30,000 items related to Kharkiv and, in general, Ukrainian literature. And since in the history of the city there were unique periods of extraordinary artistic activity, the collections of 1920s literature (Red Renaissance) and the 1960s-1980s (the Ukrainian resistance movement) became to be of a national significance.
