Пам'ятка історії та архітектури національного значення, що знаходиться на розі проспекту Дмитра Яворницького та вулиці Воскресенської. З 1887 до 1917 у будинку розташовувалася офіційна резиденція Катеринославських губернаторів. Будинок зведений у першій половині ХІХ сторіччя, ймовірно у 1830–1840 роках. З 1850 споруда стала власністю катеринославського Англійського клубу, а у 1887 будівлю викуплено для облаштування будинку Катеринославських губернаторів. У 1990-х "Приватбанк" придбав і після капітального ремонту облаштував у Будинку губернатора банківське відділення.
