The distance from Myrhorod to Dibrivka is about 10 kilometers. At the entrance, visitors are greeted by a statue of a rider with a horse, and further on — a windmill, considered the hallmark of the village.
The Dibrivka Horse Breeding Farm was founded in 1888 by Prince Dmytro Romanov. While traveling through the Poltava region, he chose this location for horse breeding. At his initiative, stables, riding arenas, and a hippodrome were built, creating the foundation for the development of pedigree horse breeding.
The farm’s horses have repeatedly won prizes at national and international equestrian competitions. A kumis (fermented mare’s milk) production unit operates on the farm.
Guided tours of the facility include the opportunity to ride horses and are available by prior arrangement.
