Established by the Council of Ministers of the USSR to preserve architectural monuments. The palace was constructed by M.Chatsky. His brother - Tadeusz Chatsky was a renowned educator, and he was a member of T. Kostiuzhko's uprising. After 1793 year, Catherine II gave the estate to field marshal P. Zadayskyi. But in 3 years, M.Chatsky had owned the estate again. Later, the estate was inhabited with participant of Sevastopol defense during the Crimean War, Lieutenant General I. Berezhnykov. The palace was built of bricks during 1770-1780's.,on a high plinth. The columns, capitals, carved balcony are slabbed with sandstone. Located on a slope, the facade has a basement. Decorated with a balcony on pillars throughout the pediment with eleven windows.
