The menu brings together European and Italian culinary traditions, complemented by selected Ukrainian dishes. Special attention should be paid to the charcoal-grilled and Josper oven specialties: meat, fish, and game develop a perfectly crisp crust and a rich smoky flavor.

The restaurant also features its own pastry kitchen, where éclairs, macarons, pastries, and cakes are made to order.
