In all shops manual work prevailed. Two-vessel fire brewery, wooden fermentation vats and camping cups (oak barrels), cooling beer with ice, hand washing bottles, manual labor at all other stages of bottling beer and transporting containers and finished products.

The brewery operated in the form of a leased enterprise. The difficult economic situation also affected production. The range of products produced by the company has decreased. The privatized plant changes its form of ownership to an open joint-stock company.

2005
A new team of managers is coming to the plant, including the current honorary president of Opillya Corporation, Yaroslav Dzhodzhik. At that time, more than 68 small breweries went bankrupt in 2005. As Yaroslav Dzhodzhik himself wrote in an interview: "Many respected entrepreneurs did not recommend us to contact Opillya, because, in their opinion, this project was hopeless and" economic laws are relentless. " The strategy was based on the idea of reviving the production of "live beer" according to ancient traditions. It was decided to rely on Ukrainian specialists, Ukrainian brewing traditions, the use of quality natural raw materials from the ecologically clean region of Podillya and to implement the principles of European quality, which is based on respect for consumer health. The modern production facilities of the enterprise are designed and assembled by Ukrainian engineers.

2011
A new stage in the history of the revival of "Opillia" has begun. During January-May 2011, the volume of basic production was almost doubled, which laid a good foundation for further economic success. The company has become a construction site. The work involved not only specialists directly involved in brewing, but also in high technologies of the aerospace industry and nuclear energy. After all, the design of modern production requires such knowledge. Ukrainian intellect allows the best adaptation of production to Ukrainian realities. Opillya resumed production of well-known Zhyhulivske and Kniazhe beers.

2013
The company begins the next planned stage of expansion of production capacity. A new lime kiln with much higher capacity was put into operation. At the same time, the technological modes of brewing wort, from the classic traditional raw materials, were recreated, according to recipes developed by many years of experience. An automated washing system for cooking equipment has been put into operation, which minimizes human impact on the process and significantly improves working conditions. Simultaneously with the increase in the capacity of the brewery, work began on the launch of new cellars for fermentation and fermentation with the reproduction of the traditional classical technology of fermentation, fermentation and maturation of beer.

2015
The production of Opillia Corporation is growing by 50% every year. The company's products have appeared on the marketx Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk, Kherson regions. Sales in Lviv, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr and Volyn oblasts have significantly expanded.

2016
Reconstruction of refrigeration equipment was carried out, which allowed to completely abandon obsolete ammonia cooling systems. Work has begun on the introduction of equipment for processing pellets and other waste. For the first time, Opillia became the largest taxpayer in the Ternopil region.

Modernity...
The idea of restoring natural production, multiplied by experience, hard work and Ukrainian intellect, revived a large enterprise, which today is one of the hallmarks not only of Ternopil region, but also of Ukraine. The company's shareholders are confident that a return to everything natural will be the main trend of the 21st century economy, and those who seek mutual benefit for producers, consumers and society in general will lead Ukraine to a common benefit.

Must visit!!!!
