This is a recreation center consisting of an ethnographic museum, a zoo, a modern and ethnographic hotel, a church, picnic houses, barbecues, a restaurant, and a sauna. The ethno hotel is located on the territory of the complex, which consists of five ancient, authentic huts brought from Polissya. Each hut is a four-bed room, equipped with all modern amenities: plasma TV, shower, air conditioning. At the same time, there are symbols of the past in the rooms: a clay oven with antique utensils, icons, paintings, wooden benches and tables are strewn with towels and carpets. There are pigs, ponies, donkeys, deer and a variety of birds in the "Ukrainian village". Among the entertainment there are children's playgrounds, a zoo, and on weekends and holidays – master classes in pottery, baking bread in a real oven, knitting lyalek-motanok.
