Therefore, the stucco (decor) around the windows is different, which marks, that absolutely different people live in this building.
By the way, look attentively at the roof. The glass pyramid, which resembles a greenhouse, is hard to miss. And this time it's not a whim of architects, but a fully functional element. At the end of the nineteenth century, the problem of high-quality indoor lighting was very relevant.
