The idea of the project is popularization of Georgian cuisine and culture. On the menu are shashlyk of pork tenderloin, rack of lamb, lulya kebab from turkey with cheese, warm salad with chicken breast, shurpa, warm pita bread with suluguni cheese, three kinds of khinkali, apple pie, and matzoon (yoghurt). Spices for “Chachapuri” are brought exclusively from Georgia, the wine list is well represented only by Georgian wines. Here you can taste fresh homemade Georgian pastries and meat from the tandoor oven, fragrant khachapuri, shoti, chebureks (meat pasties), as well as churchkhela from different grape varieties and homemade jam of quince. The establishment has three bright rooms with traditional Georgian ornament.
For all those interested, the restaurant has launched a series of master-classes on cooking khinkali.
