The house on the property was built in 2018, and the trees and shrubs are about 5 years old. In 2023, the garden opened its doors to visitors, becoming a popular spot for photo sessions, floral events, and gardening workshops. Recently, the owner introduced a new format — themed tours dedicated to the blooming of rose bushes, offering guests a unique opportunity to enjoy the beauty of nature and learn more about plant care.
